它存在名为 webtoapp_device_fingerprint 的 Cookie 里，也存在本机存储中，大约保留一年。

Privacy

WebToApp turns a URL or an HTML file you submit into an installable app, with a download page and a public market.

Device id

The site keeps a random device id so it can list the apps generated on this device. The id is stored in a cookie named webtoapp_device_fingerprint and in local storage, for about a year. There is no account, and the id is not your name.
